Decent service, picked-up and dropped-off my car (albeit a bit late) and they were polite and helpful over the phone. However, I called to arrange an interim service and was quoted roughly £150, but they decided to perform a full service and invoice me £280 without calling me to check if that was okay before starting the work. When I questioned why it was so much more, the response was just that "my car has expensive oil in it". Next time i'll try my luck at Halfords...
