    Frankly it's about time someone tells the public that there just like the majority of selfish companies, as we were told we would have an issue sorted out with our car, then after having to wait weeks in advance we were contacted by a text message just before the date booked that the machine they needed broke down!! (didn't even have the guts to phone) how bad is that, why couldn't they just have said no from the start....in my books people who treat a customer this way don't even deserve 1 star.
